Does anyone have any tips or tricks when it comes to staying healthy in 2022?

With the last two years being a bit of a mess and the pandemic only just now calming down, what have you been doing to keep healthy?

I started changing my diet last year to help support my immune system and it seems like it has been working. I have more energy, sleep better, and I have not gotten sick!

Get your vitamins and minerals checked. If you have any deficiencies, take supplements and adjust your diet accordingly.

Health is all about keeping balance in the body but ensuring it is repairing faster than it is breaking down.

@samjones81 That is a good tip and something I am shocked not more doctors recommend. It seems so simple and silly not to have these checked every so many months. You would think it would be a thing to check every 3 months or at least twice a year.
