I would like to get away from using cow's milk since the price has gone up and I only really ever use it as an ingredient.
I know there are so many different options these days. I really don't know which is best in terms of taste and health. Which milk substitute works best for cooking and baking but is still healthy?
I don't use these personally but my mum made the switch and she uses rice milk for cooking and baking. I honestly can't tell the difference when she does holiday meals and desserts.
