The car starts and runs, but has developed a heavy engine knocking noise. suspected internal crankshaft/bearing fault, although the exact cause has not been confirmed. I have been advised that an engine replacement may be required.

Owned since November 2024 and regularly maintained. Significant recent work includes a full timing chain kit in May 2026, diesel pump seal, air conditioning condenser, cam/cooling jet solenoids and thermostat. Invoices available.
The car has covered approximately 26,500 miles during my ownership. Bodywork, interior and gearbox are in good condition for the age and mileage.
Please note: The car does run, but due to the engine knock I would recommend transporting it rather than driving it. The exact fault is unknown and the buyer should carry out their own inspection/diagnosis.
